6-story residential building completed in 1890. Designed by James M. Farnsworth, the building is L-shaped. Clad in red brick above a stone and metal ground-floor former storefront, the only decorative element is the deep cornice, supported on widely spaced brackets, with swagged panels between them. The adjoining building to the north was built at the same time. Both buildings were renovated in 1987.
