4-story Greek-revival residential building originally completed in 1838 as a 2.5-story rowhouse, along with the building on either side. In 1877, it was raised to four floors, clad in red brick above a brownstone basement. A stoop leads up to a deeply recessed entrance. The windows are embellished with low pedimented lintels and simple sills. An elegant cornice with modillions, dentils and end brackets crowns the house. Exterior shutters were added to each of the windows some time later.
