6-story residential building completed in 1910. Designed by Gronenberg & Leuchtag for the Greenwich Investing Company. This narrow building is clad in white-orange brick, with a ground floor of orange brick and rough stone. The windows also have rough stone sills and lintels. A simple, projecting roof cornice crowns the building. The entrance was modernized in the late 1900s.
