4-story residential building originally completed in 1835 as a 2.5-story townhouse. In the late 1800s, a full third floor was added, and shortly afterwards, the stoop was removed to provide a basement entrance. Cornices have been added to the windows of the second floor only. The original roof cornice has been replaced by a plain brick parapet. The brick of the facade is yellow.
