3-story residential building completed in 1843 as a 2.5-story townhouse. It was raised in the late 1800s, and is clad in red-painted brick above a stuccoed basement. The stoop has been removed to provide a basement entrance which is deeply recessed and round-arched. The windows are capped by lintels with cornices. The original roof cornice has been replaced by a stepped brick parapet with panel beneath it at the center and has a stone coping.
