3-story Greek-revival residential building completed in 1838 as a 2-story townhouse for George Greason, a tinsmith. It is clad in red brick with metal window cornices. Above a simple brick belt course, the attic floor is smooth-stuccoed, and has low windows. The
residence is capped by a narrow fascia and rain gutter.
