3-story cooperative-apartment building originally completed in 1839 as a 2-story house. It was remodeled in 1928 in the popular Spanish Colonial style by architect Ferdinand Savignano. The round-arched entranceway in the basement, as well as the round-arched window with balcony above, are smaller versions to those at No. 725. The surface of the facade is likewise stuccoed. This building has a stepped roof parapet with coping and small triple, blind arches at the center. A large round-arched entranceway with iron gate at ground level, adjoining the front door, serves as a common entrance passage to the back yards of Nos. 725-729.
