6-story residential building completed in 1909. Designed by Bernstein & Bernstein as a warehouse for the Greenwich Holding Company. Corbeled strips above the top story windows and the variegated dark red brickwork provide the only decorative relief to this otherwise extremely simple structure. The exposed southern facade is blank concrete with an assortment of window openings. The building was converted to apartments in the 1980s.
