4-story residential building originally completed in 1857 as a 3-story residence. Half of the first floor was converted into a garage in the early 1900s. The facade is faced in smooth stucco, and the windows are enhanced by stone sills and have sheetmetal lintels with cornices. The facade is embellished by star anchors at the ends of tension rods reinforcing the front wall. The 3rd floor is crowned by a continuous bracketed cornice, above which a recessed penthouse was added in 2008. A row of plantings lines the roof line above the cornice.
