5-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1901. Designed by Charles Rentz, it has been considerably altered, particularly at ground floor level. A basement entrance has replaced the stoop, and a 2-story metal paneled facade frames small windows. The rest of the facade is clad in red brick with stone window surrounds, topped with keystone on the 2nd floor. The building is crowned by a modillioned roof cornice with swags in the paneled fascia.
