3-story Federal-style residential building completed in 1831 as a 2.5-story townhouse for William G. Haycock. It is the second-oldest building on the block. A third floor was added later in the 1800s, together with a bracketed roof cornice and heavy sheet metal cornices over the lintels of the windows. A pedimented doorway with dentils and Neo-Grec brackets is a still later addition.
