3-story residential building completed in 1827 as a 2.5-story townhouse for Henry Potter. It is the oldest building on the block. The additional floor, the handsome bracketed cornice with dentils and paneled fascia board, and the sheetmetal cornices over the window lintels are later 19th Century additions. The pedimented doorway lintel also represents an addition of later date.
