5-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1886. Designed by Charles Rentz, it is clad in red brick. It was altered in 1938, when the stoop was removed and the ground floor refaced in stone. A high roof parapet was also a later addition. The stone window lintels are turned down at their ends to form integral impost blocks which, in turn, rest on horizontal stone band courses.
