6-story residential building completed in 1926. Designed by Charles B. Meyers, it sits at the corner of Hudson & West 11th Streets, surrounded on the other sides by the Bleecker playground. The building is clad in multi-hued red brick, with uniformly-spaced single windows. Those at the 2nd and top floors have blind arches of brick with soldier course lintels inside the arches. A brick parapet, adorned with widely spaced circular plaques, terminates the brick walls at the top. The sides facing the playground are clad in beige brick and are relatively simple, having once adjoined neighboring buildings. The ground floor facing Hudson Street is occupied by an HSBC Bank branch.
