6-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1893. Designed by James W. Cole, it is clad in orange-tan brick, with a smooth-stuccoed ground floor, mostly painted grey except for the east end where there is a storefront. The upper floors facing West 4th Street have four bays of single-windows with continuous stone sills and lintels.

The main entrance is at the west end, with a simple door recessed into the ground floor. A cornice tops the ground floor on the north facade. The upper floors on Horatio Street have seven bays of widely-spaced single-windows. Lending interest are paired chimneys beginning at the 3rd floor at each end of the Horatio Street side, which have been cut off just below the top of the parapet. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle of the facade.
