5-story residential building completed in 1895. It is located at the corner of West Fourth Street, with one corner truncated by it, and is clad in tan Roman brick above a stone-faced storefront. The windows on the 8th Avenue side are paired and surrounded by a stone frame which embraces both, with a single window at each floor on the 4th street side. At the second floor, the windows have rustication blocks at the sides beneath the lintel. A cylindrical columns originates at the 3rd floor and runs up the corner to meet the large roof cornice, which sits above the round-arched 5th-story windows. The ground floor is occupied by S'Nice vegetarian restaurant/ coffeeshop/ tea house.
