6-story residential building completed in 1938. Designed by Irving Margon for the Abingdon Court Company, it covers the site of the old Abingdon Hotel, across the street from Abingdon Square. The apartment building is clad in beige brick with alternating bands of orange brick at each floor. The bands are outlined in dark red brick. On the 8th Avenue side, the ground floor is occupied by Abingdon Market.
