6-story residential building completed in 1905. Designed by S. Robinson & Son, it is clad in white brick. It is a simply designed structure in which the facade is divided vertically into two sections, a narrow one to the left with double windows, and a wider one to the right with triple windows. A projecting, modillioned cornice caps the building. It was renovated in 1981.
