3-story residential building completed in 1840. It is clad in orange-red brick above a brownstone basement. A door at the left of the facade, at basement level, leads through a passageway to a three-story building at the back of the lot, erected the following year. The bracketed roof cornice and heavy sheetmetal cornices over the window lintels and door are later additions to protect earlier corniced lintels.
