4-story residential building originally completed in the mid-1800s as a 2-story brick building, which was raised to three floors in 1884. In the early 1900s, the building was modified still further and raised an additional story and topped with a wooden roof cornice. At that time, it was occupied by a restaurant at street level, with a hotel above. It has since been converted to apartments, and the ground floor is occupied by Maje women's clothing, replacing Toons Thai restaurant in 2011.
