5-story Romanesque-revival/Queen Anne-style residential buildings completed in 1891. Designed by Charles Rentz, it has a heavily rusticated brownstone first floor and basement, with upper floors clad in red brick and terra-cotta. There are round-arched windows at the first and top floors and elements of the late Queen Anne in such details as the terra-cotta panels below the windows of the upper floors and the roof cornice. The entrance porch is supported by squat granite columns above carved stone heads. Ornate iron railings line the low stoop and the areaway around the basement windows.
