4-story residential building completed in the late 1830s. It was altered in 1919, and several times thereafter, now serving as apartments. Painted cast iron columns, which indicate that there was once a ground floor store here, extend from the first through the second floor, visually separating the entrance door from the main body of the house. The facade is clad in red brick, and the lintels above the windows have been altered by the additon of cornices. The building is crowned by a low brick parapet with stone coping.
