5-story residential building completed in 1889. Designed by James W. Cole, It is clad in stone, with a rusticated ground floor. The windows of the second and fourth floors are crowned by classical pediments resting on corbels. The asymmetrically placed entrance doorway is flanked by pilasters and surmounted by a lintel and cornice. A projecting roof cornice with brackets crowns the building. A fire escape runs down the right side of the facade terminating above the entrance door.
