6-story Federal-style residential building originally completed in 1818 as a 3-story townhouse for Aaron Henry, a merchant. It was redesigned in 1929 by Emilio Levy for C. Rosenthal Willcox.
By raising the floor joists of the old first floor, an entrance floor at street level has been achieved while reducing the height of the floor above. The addition of a large studio penthouse above the cornice makes it nominally a six-story apartment building. It is clad in red brick with brownstone lintels.
