5-story residential building completed in 1891. It is vaguely reminiscent of the California Mission style due to an alteration in 1927. Steel casement windows were then installed, the building was stuccoed over and painted dark red, and was given a crenelated and gabled roof parapet. The ground floor is occupied by Diablo Royale restaurant, and The Windsor sports bar.
