3-story residential building completed in 1877. Designed by Alexander M. McKean in a local version of the late French Second Empire style, and crowned by a Neo-Grec cornice. A large segmental-arched doorway has paneled double doors and a simple door frame capped by an arched cornice slab with shoulders.
