6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1900. Designed by Franklin Baylies, it has a boldly rusticated stone base, with upper floors clad in red brick. Horizontal band courses of stone serve as sills for the windows of each floor, which are topped by splayed lintels of alternating stone and brick. The top floor has pilasters supporting the deep cornice.
