5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1878. Designed by Lamb & Wheeler as a "French Flats" apartment building. The facade is clad in brownstone, with a bracketed roof cornice from which drops an unusual continuous motif that has an inverse crenelated effect. The central paired entrances have pilasters and brackets supporting a wide cornice slab with wrought iron balcony railing. At the right side, an angular bay projects to the streetline of No. 65.
