6-story residential building completed in 1902. Designed by George F. Pelham, it has a high basement with storefronts. The first floor with central entrance door displays horizontal stone band courses and a doorway flanked by stone pilasters, approached by a high stoop. The facade is clad in grey brick with stone ornament. The top two floors are signalized by having the two center windows set between brick pilasters producing a vertical emphasis. The roof cornice was removed in the 1970s. A fire escape with wrought-iron basket-type balconies runs down the center of the building. The basement is occupied by Angel Feet reflexology.
