5-story residential building completed in 1868 as a 4-story private residence above a basement. The long parlor floor windows serve to remind of its original design. It has since been altered to provide a street-level entrance, effectively making it five floors, and converted to apartments. The ground floor is stuccoed, with the upper floors clad in white brick. The roof has a modillioned cornice.
