3-story residential building completed in 1869. Designed by John O'Neil, it follows the general design of Robert Mook's 72-76 Perry houses. Its original brownstone facade was replaced with brick in the 1960s, and then smooth-stuccoed around 1980. It has a rusticated basement, round-arched doorway, and segmental-arched windows with eared sills.
