4-story residential building completed in 1867. It was built, owned and resided in by Solomon Banta, based on the designs of architect William Naugle. It has been greatly altered, with a smooth-stuccoed front, scored to simulate rusticated stone. It has round-arched windows at the parlor floor with a segmental-arched doorway, and segmental-arched windows at the upper floors. The building is topped by a large parapet.
