5-story residential building completed in 1893. Designed by James W. Cole, it replaced a Dutch Reformed church on this site. Set above a high basement and approached by steps on the Perry Street side, the apartment building is clad in tan brick and brownstone, with a heavy bracketed roof cornice. Horizontal brownstone band courses unite the heads and sills of the windows at all floors. The stone of the first floor facing Perry Street is rusticated and has a pair of arched entryways.
