3-story residential building completed in the 1850s as a stable. Its present appearance is the result of an alteration in 1965-67, designed by Simon Zelnick, that gave it its gabled roof and white marble veneer facade. The ornament is limited to the pair of antique lamps flanking the entrance and to the stone coat of arms in the unusually shaped gable. It was during this alteration that the building was converted to apartments. A garage door at the right is balanced at the left by the front doorway, with a small window in between. The two upper floors emphasize the asymmetrical balance, each having a triple and a single steel casement window with inset stone framing. The building also renovated in 1980.
