5-story residential building completed in 1889. Designed by M.V.B. Ferndon in two sections, with a unified facade. It is clad in ashlar stone veneer, heavily rusticated on the first floor, where arched windows display richly decorated tympani. The entrance on the right has a small stoop and iron railings, while the left entrance is lowered to street level. The upper windows are framed in stone with cornices. The original sheetmetal roof cornice has been removed, revealing plain brick parapets. A pair of metal fire escapes run down the facade.
