3-story Greek-revival residential building completed in 1845. It is clad in red brick. The front door, slightly recessed between brick reveals, has wide pilasters on each side with a small glass transom above. Set to the right of this entrance, but at street level, is a similar doorway without transom. The window sills and lintels as well as the roof cornice are painted white.
