5-story residential building originally completed in 1848 as a 2-story piano factory. In 1854 it was extended to the full 70-foot length of this corner lot. The upper stories were added sometime in the late 1800s, when the building was converted to residential, and are topped by a parapet. The facade is clad in red brick with white stone window frames. The ground floor storefront on Bleecker Street is composed of dark green-painted iron, and is occupied by Juicy Couture.
