5-story residential building completed in 1867. Designed by Louis Burger as part of a series of five similar buildings, it has a mansard roof with iron crestings and segmental-arched windows cornices with shoulders at the upper floors. These, cornices are also effectively echoed above the dormers at the mansard roofs. The ground floor is occupied by Tommy boutique.
