175-foot, 14-story modernist residential building completed in 2008. Designed by Ismael Leyva, the building is clad in curtain walls of green and blue glass, and has several setbacks beginning above the 8th floor. The building is highlighted with stainless-steel bands and piers that run down from the roof and setback corners in three, symmetrical, "U"-shaped configurations centered on the building’s corner at Seventh Avenue. The narrow stainless-steel bands and piers are like Coco Chanel’s piping and are strong punctuation. There is an entrance marquee at the east end of the 18th Street side. Above it, the 3rd-9th floors have projecting glass-framed balconies. There is another column of balconies on the west facade.

The building contains 39 condominium units, and the ground floor is occupied by The UPS Store, QQ Nails & Spa, and M&T Bank.
