3.5-story Federal-style residential building originally completed in 1826 as part of a row of five houses. It is clad in red brick with paneled window lintels and a dentiled roof cornice, above which is a hipped roof and two dormers on the 10th Street side, and a studio window on the Hudson Street side. A ground-level storefront has also been installed on Hudson Street, occupied by a Starbucks coffee.
