5-story residential building originally completed in 1855 as a 3-story townhouse. It was drastically altered in 1929, with a basement entrance replacing the original stoop (and the former basement becoming the new first floor), a new top floor added, and a rough stucco veneer covering the entire facade. The windows at the top floor are arched and trimmed with brick. The building is crowned by a multi-curving roof parapet with stone coping and has a fire escape running down the center of the front. Brick arches frame the ground-level windows and doorway.
