3-story Greek-revival residential building originally completed as two separate townhouses in 1841 by Samuel Winant and John Degraw for rentral purposes. The facade is clad in red brick above a rusticated brownstone basement, and crowned by a handsome original wood roof cornice, with bead and reel and dentiled moldings beneath. A stoop with a fine wrought-iron railing leads up to a Greek-revival doorway. The first floor has long parlor windows, with attractive iron window railings.
