4-story residential building originally completed in 1848 as a townhouse, but heavily altered in 1955, when it was converted to apartments. The current facade is clad in red brick, with a tall brick parapet extending above the cornice of its neighbor to the east. The building is undecorated except for the brick window lintels which consist of soldier courses carried on brick corbels, and the shallow corbelling under the stone coping which finishes off the building. The ground floor is clad in a smaller brick in a lighter shade.
