5-story residential building completed in 1891. Designed by Bruno W. Berger, the upper floors are clad in red brick with stone window sills and large rough lintels. The sills are connected by band courses. The ground floor has been remodeled in mottled brown brick, with an entryway offset slightly to the right. A pair of fire escapes run down the facade, which is capped by a bracketed roof cornice.
