3-story Neo-Classical residential building completed in 1900. Designed by F.A. Burdett, it has a rounded corner, with a storefront below and apartments above. The handsome cornice displays both modillions and dentils, while the window trim has splayed lintels with keystones and rustication blocks at the sides simulating the stone originals in brick. The cornice is also rounded to match the building contour. The ground floor is occupied by Harmony Bookstore/Boothstore.
