4-story residential building completed in 1880. Designed by J. Hoffman as an apartment house with a small 2-story structure in the rear. The red brick facade is relieved only by the heavy stone window lintels with incised ornament, set on impost blocks. The bracketed cornice is simple but interesting with its high end-closure brackets which extend below the fascia. The ground floor is occupied by I Sodi Italian restaurant.
