6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1905. Designed by Bernstein & Bernstein, the facade has insistent horizontals of contrasting red brickwork and arched terra-cotta window heads on the outer bays, with splayed window lintels and keystone on the center section. The roof cornice has been removed. The ground floor is occupied by McNulty's Tea and Coffee Co. (which has operated since 1895), and Salon de Oasis.
