7-story residential building completed in 1904. Designed by E.G. Gollner, it is clad in white brick above a rusticated stone storefront. Above the ground floor, birick pilasters, signalize the ends of the sidewalls and enclose quintuple windows. The top floor has arched windows, beneath a handsome, bracketed cornice. A fire escape covers most of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by The Hangar bar.
