6-story residential building completed in 1948. Designed by H.I. Feldman, it is clad in reddish-brown brick. It has a chamfered corner at Christopher & Hudson Streets, and two recessed areas on Christopher Street where fires escapes run. The only ornament consists of horizontal brick bands between the windows. The ground floor fronting Hudson Street is occupied by Acme Cleaners, Greenwich Village Animal Hospital, Hudson Bagels, and Rivoli Pizza.
