6-story residential building completed in 1908. Designed by Charles B. Meyers, it has stores at the ground floor, above which rises a plain beige brick wall. The window lintels are splayed and adorned with keystones, and the top floor windows are round-arched with keystones. The roof cornice has a row of uniformly spaced brackets. The ground floor is occupied by Ty's bar, and Pet's Kitchen pet food store.
